At ARCH Collaborative, we understand that youth impacted by commercial sexual exploitation and trafficking often face complex and evolving needs. Supporting these youth takes more than a single agency or approach - it requires thoughtful coordination, trust, and care across disciplines. The Coordinated Response Team (CRT) was created to bring together professionals and community partners who are committed to walking alongside youth, families, and caregivers with empathy, consistency, and trauma-informed support.
CRT connects partners from child welfare, law enforcement, advocacy, prosecution, medical, and behavioral health to offer a unified response that centers the needs and strengths of each young person. Our approach is grounded in relationship, harm reduction, and healing. We work collaboratively to ensure every youth has access to the care and support they need, no matter where they are in their journey.
Together with counties across Northern California, CRT aims to provide a continuum of services including case management, forensic interviews, advocacy, behavioral health, and survivor-led support. By working in partnership, we’re building a sustainable and responsive model that strengthens local efforts and supports long-term well-being for youth.
At ARCH Collaborative, we are committed to expanding our reach and impact through meaningful partnerships with counties across the region. We recognize the incredible dedication counties across the region bring to serving youth impacted by trauma, exploitation, and trafficking. Through CRT, we aim to complement these efforts by offering resources, services, and expertise that enhance local systems of care. Together, we can support youth and families in accessing the comprehensive support they desire to heal and thrive.
Our partnerships are built on collaboration and mutual respect. Through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), counties can formalize their relationship with CRT, aligning with a shared trauma-informed approach and accessing our range of multidisciplinary services, including case coordination, behavioral health support, and survivor-led mentoring.
